What can you expect?

If you send a complaint to us you will receive an acknowledgement within fourteen days of us receiving the complaint. The matter will then be investigated and a substantive reply sent to you as quickly as possible.

How to complain

Complaints should be made in writing to The Administration Manager, Mission and Discipleship Council, The Church of Scotland, 121 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4YN. or by phoning on telephone number 0131 225 5722, ext 2313.

Your legal rights
